Here is a Playmates toy that's been detailed out a bit more fully than as released. The seams and screw holes have been filled, and the whole piece painted over with a more accurate metallic blue/gray. Only the metal finished grille on the top of the phaser 1 was left alone. I cast a clear acrylic piece to cover the power settings dial, and used a replacement piece for the other dial.
