Not much to say about this particular piece. It's a retouched Playmates toy. The seams were filled and sanded and the screws covered as well. The soft plastic made it difficult to use super glue as filler, as the glue would cure into a harder substance than the plastic after about an hour. The flip-up sight was cut out to make a larger square hole into which I intend to put a clear thermoform plastic sight. The whole toy was repainted black, with copper and silver highlights. It was a cheap project costing no more than $15. It looks better than the toy it came from, but I'd like to get a better garage kit at some point.
